Minimum Requirements:

  • Female aged 30 - 50
  • Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Computer literate in MS Office
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle a must
  • Extensive previous experience in the Real Estate Finance and Sales Industry and the Legal Property
  • Transfer Industry is vital as marketplace knowledge is the key to success within this role
  • Business Management skills with the ability to maintain a strong presence within a growing group
  • Ability to interpret and action financial information and IT skills are essential
  • Proactive, self-motivated and good with direction.
  • Target driven
  • Strong people skills and the ability to interrelate positively with colleagues and clients alike
  • Strong innovative state of mind with obsessive client service attitude
  • Business acumen

Duties:

  • Marketing and sales of Bridging Finance opportunities to law firms and property consultants
  • Procuring possible bridging transactions and induction of bridging documentation
  • Develop a positive working relationship with current clients, be it face-to-face, attending functions and/or communicating electronically. To place client service and follow-ups top of mind
  • Procuring and maintaining new client relationships. Follow up of potential new clients and coordination of the induction process
  • Be an active contributor, including support to the Administration and Risk teams
  • Communicate with management and achievement of set targets
